Burn The Point Draws Crowd

Cars are everywhere in the Magic City over the next day or two, largely because of the Labor Day Weekend's Burn The Point event.

Nearly Twenty World War Two veterans could be seen in some classy rides Friday night, which made their way through downtown Billings. In the crowds you could find Big Sky Honor Flight organizers passing donation buckets to raise money for the October flight, which still needs another $50,000.

Burn The Point is all about the love of cars according to those who come back year after year.

"Burn The Point is a classic car show, but it's really exciting because you get to see everyone driving by in their nice little rides and everything, and it's always super fun. Burn The Point is the bomb-dot-com," said Aundi Hunter, an avid classic car enthusiast.

People flocked downtown for the cars Friday night. The same enthusiasm unfolds Saturday, when a car show takes front and center stage at Metrapark from 10 AM to 3 PM.
