Sporting Goods Stores Are Still Rationing Ammo

Posted: Updated:
BILLINGS -

Just seven months ago, there was a rush to buy ammo all over America including Montana, leaving many store shelves empty.

Sporting good stores all over the U.S. put limits on how much ammo you can buy. Today, there are still some limits on certain ammunition. Local stores ammo sales are still high, but there's not nearly the rush there was months ago.

"Ammo sales are still going strong, they're just not as bad as it was like four months. Twenty-two ammo still, it's just hard to get in, it's still being rationed. But other than that, still going strong," says Joshua Fair, Assistant Manager of Shipton's Big R.
