Fifth Annual Classic Car Show

BILLINGS, Mont. -

From classic cars to the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine, hundreds of people flocked to Emmanuel Baptist Church today to see what's on display.

Car enthusiasts and families attended the fifth annual car show hosted by Emmanuel Baptist Church. The event went from 10 AM to 2 PM in the church's parking lot.

The car show was free for both public viewing, and for those displaying their cars. Hot dogs and snow cones were also provided, as well as a bouncy house for kids.

Coordinator Gregg Lanes says it's a great way for the church to reach out to the public.

"To get to know the people face to face is really good, and just to show them that we care about the community, and that we offer something like this that they can enjoy," said Lanes.

About seventy-two cars were on display, and those in attendance were encouraged to vote for their favorites. A trophy and ribbons were awarded to the winners of various categories.
