Bed Racing

Get out your beds and start your engines. Montana Rescue Mission's "Hopefest" will once again feature a very unique bed race.

Sponsorship starts at $250 and goes up to $5,000. At the Men's Rescue Mission, kids decorated the "cars" with spray paint.

Local artist Tyson Middle says preparing for the event also provides a positive outlet to practice aerosol art.

"So this is the opportunity to show that you can create some real phenomenal art with the can," he said. "Get them started young, and work them up. Look, the kids are having all kinds of designs."

The race is September 21st. If you are interested, you can reach the rescue mission at 259-3800.
