Montana State University Billings received a hefty grant.

The Montana Board of Resource and Commercialization Technology is giving MSUB $99,400. The grant money will be used for studies on a fungal infection called C. Albicans. The study involves using a drug to block the spread and stop the infection of the infection.

The board also awarded money for projects in Havre, Butte, Missoula, Bozeman and Kalispell. The state board has given nearly $40 million dollars to projects since 2001.
