BILLINGS -

Saturday's the second night of the Magic City Blues Festival and organizers are already setting up for Sunday night.

Saturday night's show is on Montana Avenue and 25th street. But Sunday night's show is at South Park and is open to all ages.

Sunday's show will open with Maxie Ford. Robert Cray Band and Allen Stone will also perform. Organizers say the event is important to Billings because it brings people together.

"Music is a really wonderful thing," said Tim Goodridge, Magic City Blues promoter. "It's like a spiritual thing in a way. And it awakens emotions and feelings in people that are really unique and that's one of the great things about it is to participate in a group event with music because everyone feels that energy and it's really wonderful."

Tickets are sold at holiday gas stations and online. It's $49 for adults if you buy them in advance, but $55 if you buy tickets the day of. The concert is free for children under eleven with an adult.
