BILLINGS -

A new health fair started Friday and brought quite a crowd as the doors opened.

The 50 Plus Life Expo was designed to be a convenient way for people over the age of 50 to find out about how to keep up with health checks and get involved in fun activities.

Some of the services and information offered include blood screenings, free blood pressure checks, massages, and exercises to stay healthy.

"I think it's important to be prepared and arm yourself with knowledge at whatever age you are. And this definitely tells you what's available in our community," said Deanna Mydland of Billings.

The 50 Plus Life Expo continues through Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM at the Al Bedoo Shrine Auditorium on Broadwater. Although it's designed for people 50 years and above, it's open to all ages and it's free.
