Mission Ridge Celebrates Birthday

BILLINGS -

Mission Ridge, an independent living facility, is celebrating its 15th birthday. On Tuesday people who live and work there got to play games, eat some sweet treats, and enjoy a festive atmosphere.

Kevin Sider, Executive Director of Mission Ridge, says it couldn't happen without the partnership between St. Vincent Healthcare and St. Johns.

And he has a tip for people looking for a new place to call home, "I'd say the biggest advice for people looking at independent living is to come out and just visit and tour and talk to people. You'll get a feel right away from the different communities to find the right one that's right for you."

Mission Ridge currently has 186 residents and the company is about to open a new wellness center.
