Motorcyclist Pronounced Dead Following Crash

BILLINGS, Mont. -

A biker was in the hospital Saturday night after colliding with the driver of an SUV.

Billings police, firefighters, and a medical response team were called to the intersection of Grand Avenue and 6th Street West, shortly after 8 PM, for an accident with serious injuries.

Sergeant Riley Finnegan reports the male biker, who was in his twenties, was loaded onto a stretcher and taken to Billings Clinic. He was later pronounced dead.

There is no word on how the accident happened, or if speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.

    A passing car rammed into a police car in Cody Monday. It happened as the officer was opening his door to get out, after he stopped another car. The Wyoming Highway Patrol issued pictures of the damaged police car, parked on Sheridan Avenue near the Sierra Trading Post.
