Original Cars Displayed in North Park

BILLINGS -

People from all around drove into the Magic City for the sixth annual all-original car show this weekend.

Nearly 250 vehicles from every era were on display at North Park. The oldest car displayed dated back to 1909. Car show chairman Don Cantrell said the event is like a trip back through time.

"This is just to show the public what the original cars looked like. And the owners of the cars try to reproduce that and restore them to their original condition," said Cantrell.

All cars had to be original or at least 90-percent restored. There were nearly 20 vehicles from the survivor class, which meant the cars had never been used.
