Relay For Life Seeks Volunteers

BILLINGS -

The American Cancer Society is seeking volunteers for the 15th Annual Relay For Life.

The event will take place Friday night into Saturday morning at the West High track off of 24th Street West.

Anyone who is interested in joining Relay For Life as a volunteer is asked to call Kathy at the American Cancer Society or show up anytime at the information booth on Friday.

"If we are able to raise this kind of money, the majority of it is because of volunteers" said County Commissioner, Bill Kennedy. "People giving of their time and effort, that we are not having to pay for these things and to do that, then more and more money goes back into the fundraiser and then goes to help those in need".

The Relay For Life raises money to support the American Cancer Society's efforts in research, education and advocacy.
