Sexual Assaults by Home Invader

Posted: Updated:
BILLINGS -

Billings Police want your help after several home invasions and assaults in the city. Detectives say the first known incident happened January 9th and the latest happened Tuesday. They happened west of Virginia Lane and east of 32nd Street West. All were at night.

The suspect is described as a white male around 25 to 35 years old less than 6 feet tall and weighing less than 200 pounds.

Billings Detective Lt. House says police believe this may be the same person involved in several sexual assaults that were reported earlier this year. He says they're still trying to determine if it's the same person involved in all of the incidents.

The victims are young women in their 20s. The homes show no signs of forced entry as the suspect entered through unlocked windows and doors. Billings Police say they believe more assaults have happened that haven't been reported.

If you've been a victim or know of someone who was assaulted, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 245-6660.
