BILLINGS -

The first annual Relay for Life yard sale was a big hit Saturday morning.

People started trickling in the KULR-8 parking lot around 7:00 AM to buy items like old videotapes to furniture. Saturday's proceeds are going to benefit the Yellowstone County Relay for Life. Attendees said every little bit helps. "We like to help people as much as we can. We don't have much money, but we can help in other ways like that too," attendee, Cheryl Carlson said.

The yard sale ended around noon. The final total came in just over $800. The Yellowstone County Relay for Life kicks off Wednesday July 12th at the West High Track.
