Standoff Suspect Enters Plea

BILLINGS -

A man involved in a four-hour standoff in Billings earlier in June entered a plea in court Friday.

According to court officials, Brad Allen Sauter pleaded not guilty to two drug charges, a count of domestic assault, and a count of obstructing a peace officer.

The judge in the case set bond at $7,000. Sauter is ordered to observe an 8 p.m. curfew, and is forbidden to have contact with victims and witnesses.

No new court date has been set.
