Eldon Little Elk Pleads Guilty

BILLINGS, Mont. -

Eldon Little Elk plead guilty to one count of deliberate homicide in district court Thursday.

Little Elk was accused of repeatedly stomping on the head of a man, who has since died after suffering from bleeding in the brain.

Little elk has 73 prior arrests in the state of Montana and multiple felonies. Judge Watters will set a special sentencing at a later date.
