O'Malley Drive Shooting

BILLINGS -

Billings Police are investigating a shooting that occurred late Wednesday night.

Police were called to a home on the 1100 block of O'Malley Drive around nine o'clock. They were responding to a reported altercation. Police say during the incident, 76-year-old Dale Fosjord shot his 53-year-old son-in-law, Daniel Raber, in the abdomen. Raber has been released from the hospital.

Police are still investigating, and are looking into the possibility that the shooting may have been in self-defense.
