BILLINGS -

History comes alive this week in Montana. Hardin's annual Little Big Horn Days are underway.

There'll be many events to participate in. From parades and a book fair, to a ball. There will even be a free concert by the group "Confederate Railroad." There will also be a new addition displayed; a 1927 Lamborghini.

And to truly see history in action, the annual Custer's Last Stand Reenactment is a must see event.

"This was an unforgettable moment in American history. Not just local as well," Rick Williams, who portrays Custer in the reenactment, said. "And it is a battle that is still being spoken of and will be debated for another century or more."

Little Big Horn Days start today and run until Sunday evening. The various events will be taking place throughout the week. Custer's Last Stand Reenactment will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets to the battle are $20 for adults and $10 for kids. Kids under six are free.
