Four Face Drug Charges in Court

Brian Gleason, Sheila Roberts, Ida Nunley, and Sharyn Murphy all appearing in court this afternoon on drug charges.  Gleason and Roberts face a felony charge of conspiracy to commit distribution of dangerous drugs.  Nunley and Murphy are charged with felony possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute.

According to court documents, members of the Russell Country Drug Task Force learning that Murphy was prescribed Oxycontin pills from her doctor and that she was allegedly selling the pills to Nunley.

Last Thursday detectives went to Nunley's home to talk to her and she allegedly admitted to buying the pills from Murphy.  Nunley reportedly surrendered 112 eighty milligram tablets to Detective Lopez and after going to Murphy's home, Murphy allegedly admitting to selling the pills for $4,200 per month.

Roberts allegedly admitted to driving Murphy to Nunley's home to deliver the pills.  Gleason was identified as a customer and also allegedly bought up to eight pills at given points in purchase.  He was also believed to be reselling pills and that Nunley reportedly said Gleason bought close to $3,600 worth of pills per month.
