Posted: Updated:

A Lockwood man pleads not guilty Wednesday to federal charges of conspiracy to possess controlled substances with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm.

In January, agents say Walter J. White was shot by his son over a drug money dispute. In March, federal and state agents searched white's home where they seized firearms, four ounces of methamphetamine, with a street value of about $10,000, and a little more than $15,000 in cash. According to court documents, White admitted to receiving one to two pounds of meth each week, starting late last year, and would distribute it to others.
