LOCKWOOD - Police arrested a Lockwood man who was shot by his son back in January.
In March, federal and state law enforcement agents searched Walter Jack White's home and seized four ounces of methamphetamine, worth a street value of $10,000, two firearms, and a little over $15,000 in cash.
According to court documents, White admitted to receiving one to two pounds of meth each week starting late last year and would distribute it to other individuals. He is facing federal charges of intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug crime.
Back in January, police said White was shot by his son over a drug money dispute.
The mandatory minimum sentence for intending to distribute meth is 10 years to life in prison and a 10 million dollar fine.
