ZooMontana is populated with not animals Sunday, but runners.
Those runners are racing around the perimeter of the Zoo for a very good cause. Terry Vukasin was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer in February and a family benefit fundraiser is held in his name. According to Ronda Vukasin, Terry's wife, the Yellowstone Rim Runners and others are invited to a spaghetti lunch followed by a white elephant gifting.
"It means the world in fact its kind of hard to talk about it, I mean its just amazing what everybody is doing for us. I mean they'll do anything, people have come over and visited hi, brought us lunch," says Vukasin.
The family hopes to raise around $5,000. To donate you can click on Connections.
