    SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - Detectives with the Spokane County Sheriff's Department have confirmed that a gun found last month by an elementary school student is the same one that was used to kill 53-year-old Harry Giesbrecht.
    SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - Detectives with the Spokane County Sheriff's Department have confirmed that a gun found last month by an elementary school student is the same one that was used to kill 53-year-old Harry Giesbrecht on January 4th, 2014. The gun was found on the morning of January 23rd next to the road by a student heading to the bus stop.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - The man killed in an early morning crash on Friday has been identified as 34-year-old, Alejandro E. Apodaca. Just before 12:30, Apodaca crashed his car on S. Bowdish Rd. He was traveling South on Bowdish near 17th when he lost control of his car, uprooting a tree in the front yard of a home.

    One man is in custody after a complaint of a home intrusion early Friday morning. According to Great Falls Police three males forced a door open at the residence in 1700 block of 20th Ave South. A firearm was involved and the theft of items occurred, but no one was injured. Police arrested Patrick Dale Henderson and have charged him with aggravated burglary, robbery, criminal mischief, and theft. Police are still in search of two other suspects.
