MSU-Billings men's basketball signs transfer

BILLINGS - Montana State-Billings athletics director Gary Gray has announced the signing of junior college transfer Lance Anderson to the men's basketball team.

Anderson played the last two years at Grays Harbor Community College in Aberdeen, Washington. He earned all-league honors as a junior and senior at Willapa Valley High School in Menlo, Washington, where he averaged 12 points, 10 rebounds and three blocked shots as a senior.

Gray is announcing recruits because the school is looking for a new coach after Craig Carse's contract wasn't renewed after his team posted a 1-28 record in his 13th season.
