Two former Grizzlies drafted

HELENA - Two former University of Montana football players have been drafted by NFL teams.

Defensive end Kroy Biermann of Hardin was chosen by Atlanta Sunday; while running back Lex Hilliard of Kalispell was taken by Miami. Biermann was this year's Buck Buchanan Award winner and the Big Sky Conference defensive MVP. He was the 19th pick in the fifth round of the draft and the 154th pick overall. Hilliard is Montana's No. 2 career rusher. He was the 38th pick in the sixth round and the 204th pick overall.
