Lady Argos sign Great Falls High guard

By The Associated Press

GREAT FALLS - A Great Falls High School guard has signed an NAIA/Frontier Conference letter of intent to join the University of Great Falls women's basketball team.

Marijka Francis averaged five points and three rebounds per game this past season for the Lady Bison. She joins her older sister Marissa, a freshman guard, and former teammate Kirilynn Winkler on the UGF women's basketball team.

The Lady Argos won 12 games this season, the most since the program's reinstatement nine years ago.
