CODY, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has trapped and moved two grizzly bears in western Wyoming in recent days.

A young male bear was trapped Friday and moved because it was killing sheep in Bridger-Teton National Forest north of Pinedale.

An adult male grizzly was trapped Monday for preying on cattle. Those attacks also occurred in the Bridger-Teton north of Pinedale.

Game and Fish moved both bears to areas east of Yellowstone National Park.

The federal government classifies grizzlies in the Yellowstone ecosystem as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act.

I suppose our cattle in Cody doesn't taste as good as the Sublette County Cattle do. Moving bears is such a waste of time and money.
