RAWLINS, WYOMING - Some residents in Carbon County are trying to gauge support for a proposition that would increase the Carbon County Commission from three to five members.

Rawlins resident Steve Olson says the increase would help the commission better represent the diverse population within the county.

Olson is part of an informal committee trying to gather support for the proposal. They need signatures of at least 690 residents to get on November's ballot.
