CHEYENNE, WYOMING - A man has pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting in the fatal robbery of 21-year-old Adonnis Whitehead last year.

In exchange for Dedrick L. Bell's guilty plea, prosecutors dropped first-degree murder and conspiracy charges against him. He faces up to 25 years in prison.

Prosecutor Craig Jones says Bell and his brother-in-law, Charles E. Jones, went to a house party in Cheyenne last July and ordered everyone to the floor. Prosecutors say Jones then shot Whitehead five times with a pistol and stole $5,000 in cash from him.

Jones has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder, aggravated robbery and conspiracy.
