Police investigating shooting death of hunter

CODY, WYOMING - Authorities in northwestern Wyoming say they are investigating the shooting death of a hunter east of Cody.

The Park County Sheriff's Office says three individuals from Cody were hunting rabbits on Saturday when one of the hunters slipped and fell, discharging his firearm.

Authorities say another hunter was struck and died at the scene. Names and additional details have not been released.
