CASPER, WYOMING - One of two men charged in an injury boat crash at Alcova Lake has been scheduled for a change of plea hearing.

Charles Denney, 31, is set for a change of plea hearing on Dec. 1. He's charged with boating under the influence and cocaine possession. Seth Linamen, also 31, is set to stand trial on Nov. 16 on a charge of aggravated assault.

Prosecutors say the two were boating in April when their watercraft hit a canyon wall on the lake. Four people were hospitalized.
