Accidents closes section of I-80 in Wyoming

CHEYENNE, WYOMING - The eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 in southeast Wyoming are closed east of Cheyenne because of a fatal accident.

The Highway Patrol says the accident happened late Monday afternoon near the Wyoming-Nebraska border. Further details aren't available. The patrol says it doesn't know how long the eastbound lanes will be closed.
