DOUGLAS, WYOMING - Police in Converse County say three people died Monday night in what appears to be a double homicide-suicide.

Converse County Sheriff Clint Becker issued a statement saying investigators responded to a report of a shooting northwest of Douglas. He identified the three dead people as 53-year-old Joseph Noel, his wife 51-year-old Teresa Noel and her son, 28-year-old Chad Heck.

Becker says the investigation has been turned over to the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
