CHEYENNE, WYOMING - Four traffic deaths in three separate crashes are being blamed on slick roads caused by the state's first snowstorm over the weekend.

The Highway Patrol reports that all the deaths occurred Friday night in northern Wyoming when the storm hit the area. Two people died and three others were injured when a vehicle hit a patch of black ice on U.S. 14A southwest of Powell in Park County and struck another vehicle.

One person died and another was hurt when a passenger car went out of control on an icy Wyoming 120 north of Meeteetse in Park County and hit another vehicle coming from the other direction. And in Johnson County, a 13-year-old boy died when the car he was riding in hit ice on a bridge on Interstate 90 and rolled.
