CASPER, WYOMING - The Natrona County Commission has issued a permit to a businessman who plans to open a strip club west of Mills.

Businessman Sonny Pilcher plans to operate the strip club in the same building that housed Cowboys Saloon, off of the Yellowstone Highway. Pilcher also owns the Sidelines Sports Bar in Casper and the Beacon Club in Mills.

County Attorney Eric Nelson told county commissioners on Tuesday that they had little basis on which to deny the permit. Nelson says the Constitution protects adult entertainment as freedom of speech.
