CASPER, WYOMING - Prosecutors have charged three men with conspiring to rob a liquor store last week.

Benjamin Mark Bayne and David Kent Hammond, both 19, and 21-year-old Terry Burton Tanner are charged with conspiring to rob CY Discount Liquor on Aug. 28.

A store clerk says that a man dressed in black pointed a gun at him through the drive-up window that night. When the clerk refused to hand over money, the man hit him with the gun and left without any cash.
