Man charged with taking goods from oil refinery

RAWLINS, WYOMING - A 30-year-old man has been accused of taking pipe and other materials from the Sinclair Oil Refinery and selling them to a recycling company.

Stephen Lucero pleaded not guilty Monday to larceny. If convicted, Lucero faces up 10 years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Court papers estimated the replacement value of the material taken at $1.5 million.
