CHEYENNE, WYOMING - A government commission says Wyoming should change its constitution to recognize the state's community colleges and set standards for investing in them.

The Wyoming Community College Commission on Tuesday approved nine recommendations for changing the state's community college system. The commission says the constitution's current failure to mention community colleges means that there's uncertainty about how the state should invest in them. The commission's recommendations will go to a state task force studying the community college system.
