GILLETTE, WYOMING - The owner of two resorts in the Big Horn Mountains says he plans to appeal an order from the U.S. Forest Service revoking his permits.

The Bighorn National Forest announced on Friday that it had revoked permits for Meadowlark Lake Resort and Deer Haven Resort because of health and safety violations. Jim McCotter owns the companies. He says he will appeal the revocation decision and says he's sure he will get a satisfactory resolution.
