CASPER, WYOMING - At least one SourceGas customer in Wyoming says she's getting answers to her questions about problems with inaccurate billing.

Keeli Magrum says her gas bills stopped making sense nearly eight months ago. She took her complaints to the Wyoming Public Service Commission. Magrum is one of thousands of SourceGas customers in Wyoming who've reported problems with their bills since last year. But SourceGas representatives told the Public Service Commission on Thursday that the company is making progress.

Magrum says a representative of the company has given her spreadsheets with billing figures that do make sense. She says the company's efforts have helped put her mind at ease.
