CHEYENNE, WYOMING - Voters in Laramie County are being asked whether $55 million should be spent to build a municipal recreation center in Cheyenne.

It's part of $105 million in projects that would be paid for through sales taxes. The election will be held on May 6, but people who can't be there or who wish to get voting out of the way early can do so in person or by mail.

Advance and absentee voting on the ballot measure began Thursday.
