YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK - Tests show a coyote that bit two people in Yellowstone National Park did not have rabies. Yellowstone Deputy Superintendent Colin Campbell says the young female coyote bit two people near Old Faithful just before Christmas.

A park ranger and a maintenance worker tracked the coyote, and killed it with a handgun. Tests for rabies took place at the Montana Department of Livestock veterinary lab.
