CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — All the campgrounds at Glendo State Park in southeast Wyoming will be open during the upcoming Labor Day weekend.

In addition, depending on water levels, the boat ramps at Whiskey Gulch, Reno Cove Bennett Hill and the Marina will also be open and useable. The reservoir is 65 percent full, but water levels have been dropping six to 10 inches per day and will continue to drop at this rate through the weekend.

Flooding earlier this spring affected about 80 percent of Glendo's campgrounds.

The Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails and contractors worked for more than a month to repair and restore the campgrounds and other facilities.
