MISSOULA - A 50-year-old Gallatin Gateway woman has pleaded guilty to credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft.

Federal prosecutors say Erin Lee Stewart was a manager at a restaurant at Big Sky Resort in 2007 and 2008. Two employees of the restaurant reported in late 2008 that their identities had been stolen.

An investigation revealed that credit cards were issued in the names of at least five of the restaurant's employees and mailed to Stewart's address. The fraud totaled $6,800.

Stewart pleaded guilty on Feb. 9 before U.S. Magistrate Jeremiah Lynch, who scheduled sentencing for May 7. Stewart remains in custody.
