BILLINGS - Authorities have released the name of a 40-year-old Billings man who was killed when his car rear-ended a truck on U.S. Highway 312 near Shepherd.

Yellowstone County Coroner Lt. Bill Jones said Robert J. Keller died at the scene of blunt force injuries sustained in the crash at about 8:30 p.m. Monday.

The Montana Highway Patrol says Keller's car rear-ended a truck that had stopped to turn off the road, but was waiting for oncoming traffic to clear. The driver of the truck was not injured.
