VIRGINIA CITY - Four young men involved in a shooting last month are accused of trying to tip over the small trailer the alleged shooter lived in.

Morgan Dorseth, Casey Cox, William Grose and Steve Becklund were cited for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property. The misdemeanor charges were filed in Madison County Justice Court last week.

The charges followed a July 16 incident in which 64-year-old Richard Schueneman allegedly shot Dorseth in the face with a high-powered rifle. Schueneman was released from jail in Butte Monday after Madison County Attorney Chris Christensen requested he be released on his own recognizance.

Meanwhile, Dorseth has been recovering at home after going through several surgeries in Seattle on his jaw.
