MISSOULA - Another candidate announces her intent to unseat five term Senator Max Baucus. Missoula Accountant Patty Lovaas plans to become the fourth Republican to enter the race.

Lovaas is from Missoula and says she's running because none of the other three GOP candidates is strong enough to defeat Baucus. Lovaas says she plans to officially file for the position on March 17th.

She joins Billings lawmaker Michael Lange, Billings businessman Kirk Bushman and St. Regis resident Anton Pearson in the Republican primary on June 3rd. So far, no other Democrats have filed to run against Baucus.
