Bozeman woman pleads no contest in marijuana caseLIVINGSTON, Mont. (AP) — A Bozeman woman accused of having 182 marijuana plants growing in a Livingston-area home has pleaded no contest to two felonies. The Livingston Enterprise reports Rae Ann Frase pleaded no contest Tuesday to criminal possession of dangerous drugs with the intent to distribute and use or possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture. That came as part of a plea bargain in which she also agreed to pay the Missouri River Drug Task Force $25,000 in lieu of forfeiting the house where the plants were found. Prosecutors say the house has extensive water damage and mold issues. ___ Information from: Livingston Enterprise, http://www.livingstonenterprise.com |
