Billings oral surgeon faces cocaine chargesBILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — An oral surgeon, real estate agent and former golf pro have been indicted on federal charges for their alleged roles in a cocaine ring involving several former Billings Outlaws football players. Oral surgeon Jerome D. "Jerry" Mancuso pleaded not guilty Monday to federal charges accusing him of distributing between $50,000 and $100,000 worth of cocaine from his office and home from January 2002 until July 2010. Mancuso is the owner of Rocky Mountain Center for Oral and Facial Surgery in Billings. Prosecutors are seeking the forfeiture of $160,000 in proceeds from the sale of his home. Also charged are 39-year-old real estate agent Paula Huebner and 37-year-old James Darin Marker, a former assistant pro at the Laurel Golf club. They also entered not guilty pleas Monday. |
