BILLINGS - The Montana Governor's Cup Marathon is September 18. Are you participating? Or, maybe interested in long-distance running?

KULR-8 News caught up with a Billings native who is a professional triathlete, and triathlon instructor for some advice.

Lewis Elliot just competed in the Ironman World Championship 70.3 in Las Vegas this past weekend. When he was back in Billings for training, he shared some advice on getting started in the sport.
