BILLINGS - County Commissioner Bill Kennedy and Billings Mayor Tom Hanel gave the "State of the City and County Address" Thursday.

Some of the current issues for the county are future construction projects, including the rebuilding of Rimrock Auto Arena and the new federal courthouse, and hot topics within the city are medical marijuana, folf and a cell phone ban within city limits.

"The new construction numbers are the new dollars coming to the county," said Kennedy.

"The fact that community support and citizen involvement is very important," said Hanel.

The newsmaker forum included business owners, employees and residents within Yellowstone County.
